Credit Card Debt

If you are unable to make monthly payments on your credit card debt, there are several options for restructuring your debt liabilities on your credit cards.

Most credit card companies have hardships programs available; always call your credit card company and ask for help. In addition, there are several consumer organizations which can assist you in designing an affordable payment plan. These organizations are especially helpful if you have multiple credit cards.

I recommend Spring Board Non-profit consumer credit management at 888-425-3403, if you are interested in making payments on your credit card debt.

If you are unable to make any payments on your credit card debt, you will need to file a bankruptcy to reduce or cancel your credit card debt.

NOTE: If you do not have sufficient disposable income, then you do not have to pay your credit card debt during your bankruptcy.

See the below for explanations on the various Bankruptcy Chapters, or call me direct at 888-302-0069 and I will explain the chapters to you, free of charge.
